289 - same head
289HP - unique heads
302 - 68 J code had unique heads
351W - same head
351C - 2V had normal sized ports and valves, while the 4V had gigantic ports and valves

ya, it's somethign specific to the Cleveland engines. the 4V was the power option so to say.
