Default My 73 project.

Found two good 73 fast backs that I could not pass up. Both cars have a little surface rust here and there but are really solid. One is a Q code car so that is the one I will build for my driver, the other one may see some track time. So let the journey begin. Will post some pictures as soon as I figure out how.

How much did you pay for both if you don't mind me asking?

That's a good deal! I spent more on my two coupes!
But then again I wouldn't want any 1970+ mustang.

Any pics yet?

Pictures, pictures, pictures!

I always go to the early 70's Mustangs when I see them at car shows, those are my favorite body styles.

Good find, pics would be great. I do like the 71-73 fastbacks, the 69-70 fastbacks are way cool too. The 71-73 do get a bit longer, but still cool. The last of the cool stangs, at least until 2005.

what does everyone think? Should I just rebuild the 351 in the q code car or should I throw the 428 that I have access to in it.

I am also thinking of black ultra suede with blue stiching for interior. With these gauges.

have not decided what I am doing with the suspention yet but I know I want to change the handling to get rid of the understeer.
