Tips on fitting toe panels please...pics

Default Tips on fitting toe panels please...pics

I have the bad sections cut out and painted the inside of the frame rails with chassis saver. I will use weld though primer on the exposed metal.

I have a big replacement panel and would appreciate some help on cutting it to get in the ballpark to fit it before final cuts and welds.
Poster board???

So the toe boards were the worst son of a gun's to fit while installing our floors. We chose to weld all of the floor panels in before going at the toe boards. Once we were ready for them, we did a little test fit and seriously I thought we ordered the wrong pieces of sheet metal because they didn't fit worth a hoot! We had to cut them in half, and fab a section in the middle. Lots of pounding, hammering, 4 letter words. Here is the only pic I could find of what it looks like:
