Just wondering what's the process to change valve covers. Do I have to replace the gasket or can it be reused? Car has 16,xxx miles on motor.

 

Count on replacing the gaskets. Use high quality cork, much easier to get a seal. Use gasket sealer on the cover side, but not on the head side. That way, if valve adjustment is required, you can probably R&R the covers without damage to the gaskets.
