Question PST Brakes?

Does anyone have any experience with Performance Suspension Technology disk brake conversions?

My 1971 Mach 1 has four wheel manual drum brakes. My next upgrade will be to four wheel power disk brakes. The PST kit appears to be exactly what I want/need, but I am looking for some feedback before I invest in it.

Thanks!

prices seem a little high and look like the rest of the kits out there.

From what I've seen their prices are competitive. For instance, the SSBC front kit from Summit is about $1200, and contains the same types of parts as the PST kit for $1200.

Other brake kits, like Wilwood, are hundreds more. I am not going to race, I just want good brakes for normal street use and cruising. Of course, a bit better performance and bragging rights adds to the "cool" factor.

A friend here tried the SSBC brakes on his 67, and was very disappointed with them and eventually scrapped them for Baer brakes. So with my sample size of one, I am leaning to PST. I'm hoping someone on this forum has experience with the PST kit that can comment on it before I buy.
