Buddy of mine has 4 flows on his 89 fox w/ built 302 and a blower. The exhaust note isn't insanely loud, it has a good tone. BUT there is an insane amount of super low bass resonance that shakes buildings.

The reason I thought about putting the resonators in first is because I figured that putting them before the mufflers would have more effect on the sound of the car.
Since the mufflers create backpressure, putting the resonators (which don't really create backpressure) after the mufflers seemed....idk pointless I guess. Would putting them after the mufflers really affect the sound? My muffler of choice right now is Dynomax Super Turbos. And Starfury, does an x-pipe really cancel out highs/lows as significantly as you say? I am definitely NOT looking for an exhaust system that you hear from blocks away. I am looking for very tame idle and cruise notes, but great tone upon WOT (notice i said tone, not sound level/volume).
