1. jump up and down to settle breakfast.
2. remove one defrost duct.
3. loosen both hose clamps.
4. cut slit parallel to hose; don't scratch copper.
5. twist hose from engine compartment.
6. if hose doesn't release cut another slit.
7. remove hoses.
8. position new hose clamps.
9. lube hose and nipple; i used white pipe compound this time.
10. install lower hose using upper hose hole for peeping.
11. tighten lower hose.
12. install upper hose by feel and tighten clamp.
13. try not to puke.
