Default dash lights and gauges

I have a 1965 mustang coupe that i restored a few years ago. lately the dash lights and gauges have started to act up. the fuel gauge will go to E whenever i turn on my headlights and the green lights are dim and sometimes flicker. has anyone run into this issue before? thanks

those type issues are common on 40+yr old car.

good to clean connections as u get a chance.

i use dielectric grease.

think 2+2 uses newer silicone grease...which is on my shopping list.
