Will a late model 5 speed mate with a 351W?

If you mean a T5, then yes, with specifics of course.

Yes, the bellhousing is the same between the 302W and 351W. Of course, you have to match the transmission strength to the engine power and intended use.

But just remember a oem t5 is only good tell 300 foot pounds of torque.
