good point^
I was just suggesting where I got mine, didn't think to suggest those. Also I should point out that I was in luck that a '69 4 barrel intake was added to my engine when it was rebuilt by the previous owner, so with '70s engines I think a 2 barrel will, unfortunately, be more common than a 4 barrel.

EFI is the way to go I think, my plan has been to install a holly fuel injection system and operate the system from a laptop. well I appreciate all the help, I'm ready to go out and start looking for that 351 and see what I need to do to fit it in. wish me luck!

alright I'll look into the differences, I know that there was a difference in the headers that were installed to the block. The most important thing to me has been finding a 351 to work with, live and learn ya know? :-)

well an auto trans is what's important, and like mentioned earlier I'd like an overdrive gear, so a 4-speed. not sure whats best in terms of ford transmissions though, I'd done a little research and found that alot of people are using the C4 transmission, not sure of the specs on that one and haven't done a whole lot of looking around, any suggestions?
