Exclamation May have a Problem

I replaced both framerails on my 65 hardtop, i measured a million times and used the factory diagram showing all measurements. I installed all new front end parts and i noticed that now my steering box shaft does not sit in center of the hole, the centerlink is not straight across it is at an angle and the control arms are not centered to each other as well.

WTF do i do now?

Hate to say it, but i think you may of gotten a lesson in heat shrink after welding. How far off is the center link, measuring one side and comparing it to the other side? Is it off, front to back, or side to side? not quite clear in your message
