No problem...just remember, these tools are not absolute. They are better used to determine the relative effects of changing the parts or settings (parameters).
For example, I ran the new Edelbrock 351C heads to gain only 40hp over my existing setup, while taking the CR from 9.9 to 12.8 to 1. Now its not even streetable and they cost about $2k to buy. Not worth it in my book....

So, what are you saying Dan? Is this software a good buy or not? Not having experience with this software, can I tell it I want 400+ RWHP and it will tell me what add-ons I need to achieve that?

If anyone is going to spend 2-4k on a new engine, this is definitely worth it. It will help you figure out what you need to get what you want.
In my example, I found out I would have to spend 2k for just 40 more horsepower. I just saved 2k...
You begin by baselining what you have, then change the cam or whatever, and it will tell you the effect of your changes. Or you can start from scratch to come up with the combo that works best for you.
DEFINITELY WORTH IT!!!!!!!!!!!!
