inconclusive?

I thought starers were pretty binary...they either work or they don't. I guess maybe they work sometimes and sometimes they don't is what they meant.

i can tell you this, at my guard unit we have a tug which has a dead spot in the starter. best way we get around it is to turn the key repeatedly till it catches. but if it catches and you don't hold the key you've got to start all over again... lol
