Default a year in the making.....

So I was putting headers on the '70 so I could crank it up in the next 2 days, so I got the starter squared away. moved the trans lines where I want them. so I check the oil level for when I run to the parts store in the morning and the dipstick comes out white, wipe it off and it comes out totally clear....so I run my finger down the stick and the fluid in there is so clear I couldn't tell it was there.

i know i know it all could have been avoided if i went to the machine shop, but i was too hasty and didn't have the money to do it.

now I'm frustrated, and dont know where to go from here...sell it and get myself a truck to keep the miles on the 98 and mod that up. or find another 302 I know is good. or just let it sit for a few years and build a 347.
