Default Brake chattering/vibration?

Just took the car for a spin, and noticed a new problem. All of a sudden the brakes "chatter" when being used, but only at very low speed right before stopping. I am familiar with my rear drums doing this, but this sound/feeling is different. It seems to be coming from the front passenger side. Btw I have manual 13" cobra discs up front.
No leaks of any kind, brake fluid is at the same level its been at for a long time. I am using 1.5" wheel adapters, but even if one came loose I am not sure it would chatter like the sound its making. The sound is similar to the sound drums make when stopping at low speed, but the magnitude of the sound is greater. Any ideas of what to check or look for? I almost want to say it sound like a grinding sound, but I'm not sure if thats the right way to describe it. The pedal doesn't feel different or anything.

You're really going to have to look at it and report back anything noticed even if it's nothing. A simple rock might be involved. Usual suspects (not likely in this case) are: oil, worn out parts, loose parts, foreign objects, cheap pads. Before getting defensive, this is just a generic list.
