What budget we talking about here? I did Wilwood, Baer makes a nice kit, Chockostang isn't bad either. I totally agree with 2+2GT, no granada

CSRP has a complete Kelsey Hayes caliper kit for $525. Includes everything you will need including a new master cylinder and proportioning valve. Give the owner Dennis a call to talk over what you need. He also has a new kit that uses new generation Mustang PBR calipers.

If your going to run a 17 or bigger rim the cobra brake swap isn't hard to do and stops good.

Thanks for the advice. I would like to stay in the 600.00 range. Looking for the best bang for the buck. I am goin to ask this but I think I know the answer. What about that Scarebird setup?

I really like the Scarebird 64-66 6 cylinder kit, but for your car I'd go with the OEM setup. Fits your budget, and correct for the car.

I swapped mine over using the stock setup off of a wrecked 69 cougar(same as mustang)..Mine is non power but it works pretty good..The nice part is that it is original when I need to order parts in the future..

You will not be able to beat the KH Kit from CSRP for quality, price and value on your 68. Others sell similar kits for 1,000.

The Kelsey Hayes calipers are what the Mustangs came with from the factory so you are trying to adapt something to fit.
$525 complete with everything you will need.

I did the Scarebird setup on my 66 L6 and like it. In your case I would go with the KH kit from CSRP. Heard only great things about them.
