Default very worn front tire.

So i just realized today that both my front tires are very worn on the inside and i was wondering if a rotation and balancing would fix this or if it was a suspension issue.

Have you done the shelby drop? If so did you get it aligned afterward? If not then there is your answer. I had mine do that after I did the shelby drop and didn't get an alignment.

You have negative camber.

The car needs an alignment. The question is, does it need an parts replaced on the front end. The answer is most like yes. The upper shafts and upper ball joint are the most fequently worn parts on these old mustangs. A good aligment shop can tell you what parts need replaced but I find it easier to get a kit that will replace everything. If you can do the work yourself then I would do that and then get an alignment. Rotation will gain you a few miles on a set of tires but it will not solve the problems you have now.

Looks like the excentrics on the lower control arm came out of adjustment. Alinement should work. Car looks great by the way.

Mine are doing the same thing, but not quite to that extreme. I did get an alignment after my new suspension though to the performance specs advised for a shelby drop, and it does call for some negative camber. Even with a shelby drop and proper alignment shouldn't it wear slightly abnormally anyway? Thats the drawback of negative camber

nah, that is clearly wrong. one side untouched, the other is bald. needs alignment and maybe the strut is loose like above mentioned. you probably won't get it aligned with those tyres though.
on the first pic there seems to be a dent in the tyre (driver side front, 12 o'clock). I don't like that a bit either. So you'll have to get new tyres and alignment done I'd say

If the other tire is the same I would say your front end is toed out..An alignmnent should fix the problem as well as replacing any worn out parts..
