hello I"m going from t5 to a aod what flexplate do I need for 65 289

 

Ask at the local parts store for a flexplate for a 1991 Ford Crown Victoria with a 5.8 engine (IE, a police car). That will net you the correct size for the AOD with 164 teeth and the 28 ounce imbalance suited to a 289 engine. My local parts store carry "pioneer" brand which is reasonably priced and I've had good luck with. Last one of these I bought was I think about $50.
