Considering it isnt a fresh pull and you cant hear it run you have to take the risk that something is cracked and the price should refleck this, and the asking price is close to this so the seller isnt crazy.

W about 100 high for a asking price, your counter offer is a good one. C about right for a asking price. M block just walk away, there are alot of people that will advertise M blocks as a C block.

if you want a 351 get one out of a 94-97 ford truck/e series van.....they are setup as roller blocks and iirc the 95-97 had the roller cam....

velocity, im on long island. rmodel, i don't know much about building motors yet, i cant go with a roller cam on that block. he said specifically its a C not a W. i have to look at the heads to see if they have large intake ports and the "4" on each corner to identify them. also, a C is stronger then a W correct? i really dont care if i runs, i just want a good block to build off of.

would you suggest a C or W? also aren't C's a tighter fit and heaver when i can make the same power from a W. i read that a W has thicker cylinder walls over a C. btw i like the color. burnt amber? my original color is burnt amber, when i repaint the car im bringing it back to that original color
