Strut Replacement - Bushings?

Hi,

I am in process of installing my new struts and wondering if I need to use any sort of lube on the bushings to prevent sqeaking?

I did, I think it was some sorta silicone lube? Just a smear.

O.k. got the driver side re-installed and used a all purpose lube i had. I gotta say replacing old rusty parts with new parts looks so much better
