Whats the small bump before and above the seatbelt suqare?

 

That small bump is an attachment bracket for the parking brake I think. I'm trying to go from memory here I'm not 100%.

Got a little more work done yesterday. I decided to not put in the full toe board but instead I decided to cut it to fit at some of the different bends in the stamping. It made cutting the replacement piece that much easier.
