Default Autolite 4100 questions

I have an autolite 4100 carb on a 1966 mustang 289 with the stock intake. When I move the secondary linkage with the engine off should I see fuel squirt into the engine?
If not what might be wrong?
The factoru servive manual says to cover the secondary vacuum inlet hole in the main body of the carb to test for vacuum leakage. Where is the secondary vacuum inlet hole ?

Thnaks.

No, only a "double pumper" did that, and no factory-installed Ford carb was, even the ones that looked like Holley double-pumpers.

As for the hole, I'd have to look at the manual. The only secondary hole I can think of is only accessible with the top removed.
