How do I remove it from the disc?

From the rear side of the race, using a drift punch you slowly beat it out of the hub using a circular motion. Reverse the procedure for re-installation. You can freeze the new race and it should shrink enough to make it easier to install.

I got it thanks...

But they sold me the wrong size bearings...they were too small...

Make sure that they seat in the proper spot on the spindle before seating them into the discs. Sounds like you may have done the disk brake conversion like I did, when I went in for bearins they gave me ones for my car but for some reason the hole in the middle of the bearing wouldn't fit over my spindle.

Thats what happened to me as well. Dan from Chockostang got me on track. Turns out I have the 70-73 mustang spindles!
