Default Heater resistor

So, I bought the wrong part, I got the one "3spd A/C heater resistor instead of just heater.

I con't find a picture of the back resistor connections so I can't see if this will still work for just hear or if I can rig it. All I can see from pics are slight resistor wire size differences which could still work, just different speeds I assume due to the resistance.

Anyone have a back pic or thoughts?

So, I found the link to a hearer only. Now, the design is a little diff but even thought he plug is positioned 45 degrees, the connections appear to line up. Ans based on the coils, I believe it's in line for the same speeds Maybe Ned and low could be a little diff but high is high without resistance so that can't hurt the motor. Again, thoughts?

The only differences are the amount of voltage drop to the blower motor which directly relates to blower speed. if it fits and the blower speeds are OK for you, IMO just use it.

The AC blower is much more powerful than the non AC, so even if it fits, the speeds might be screwed up. There is no listing for the 69-70 standard heater, the only standard heater resistor listed is called 65-67.

I guess I need to go see if my 69 is 2 or three speed. If three the max is the max, the only thing that could be different is ned & low as High has no resistance.

Would you happen know if the difference is the speed of the fan or the shape of the fan cage?
