is this thing on the passenger side or drivers side. Ill post a pic of what i found on the drivers side.

NO WAY IM PAYING 3000 to fix that. Yes i think thats the hat.

If it is the hat, then you can get some kits to replace them.

i poured water down the vent there was no leak so ill just relace the hats. Some guy wanted to charge me 3000!!! to fix it all. ill would sell the mustang before i did that.

It's a difficult repair to do yourself but it's not impossible if you can get your hands on a mig welder.

I plan to tackle this repair at some point.

Best to do it when you're getting the paint and body done. Most bodymen will take care of it for little added cost.

how do you ramove the fender isnt it welded on there.
