Rear Brake Line

Rear Brake Line
Hi, I am working on replacing my short rear brake line that runs from the driver side rear tire to a box type thing on the rear axle. I used a flared wrench to get the line free from the back of the drum plate but the nut on the axle won't move. I can't get the flared wrench on because it sits so close on the axle and a normal wrench might strip it. I spray pb blaster on it tonight but if that doens't work what else shoudl I try.
I have a torch, should i get it smoking hot then try?
Thoughts?

This brake line attaches to the brass junction block (box type thing) that divides the brake fluid comming from the master cylinder via the rubber hose. It is held onto the axle by the rear end vent tube. If you look at the vent tube you will notice that right under where the rubber vent tube attaches is a hex head. You can unscrew this hex head which will allow the brass junction box to seperate from the axle allowing you to get you flared wrench onto the brake line. By the way if you unscrew this vent tube all the way you will see that it is hollow allowing the air press. from inside the rear end to vent to the rubber hose.
PS. You will have a hard time holding onto the junction block once you remove the vent tube. You then will be able to hold the brass junction block with at cresent wrench and turn the brake line fitting with you wrench.
