Help Identify these Center Caps

I found these sitting around at my shop, no idea what they are. I sent the pic to a couple friends yesturday and someone believes they were a second set included in some kind of suitcase with driving gloves, tools, etc that came in 1968 Cobra Jets. They appear to be pretty old, pretty detailed, and do not look cheaply made.
