Headlights work, brake lights work, but no rear running lights when headlights are on??? WTF

Yes they have the dual filament bulbs

 

I figured it out! Someone had hooked up a ground wire to a hot wire on the headlight switch!!! WOW....wire was getting really hot thats how I found it...



NOW, I cant figure out why I cant get voltage to my wiper motor!?
