Question Lower Control Arm

Hi, I am re-installing my new LCA and was wondering how tight does the bolt have to be? I don't have a torque wrench but should It be really snug?

well its best to use a torque wrench you can get one fairly cheap....id snug it then tighten it another 1/4 turn...but a torque wrench is a necessity even if you just buy a cheap beam type from harbor freight.....
