not a gearhead by no mean, but want to be now that i have time. would like to get a 351 C or W and put it together to drop in a mustang. found this on CL and looks like an amazing deal but thought i would come here to check on it first. thx all

I really can't tell much from those pictures...You would need to see the car in person and check it out for rust...If it is a solid shell does he have all of the parts to go with it(interior and front end sheetmetal)?..

Looks like an expensive project to me. I wouldn't touch it unless I wanted to build a race car from scratch.

Yeah i would pass on it being its apart you won't know what your missing tell you put it back together,And the aftermarket on the 71-73 cars sucks so most stuff would have to be used parts.I would find something that is driveable now then fix what is wrong and drop in whatever engine you want.
