I am putting a set of gt40 heads off a 93 cobra onto an 87 302 block. The motor has been bored 30 over with speed pro forged pistons, OEM tappet set, OEM factory HO cam. The heads are stock and I was debating roller rocker or stock. Have the stock and was attempting to save some money now and use them. I am not sure what push rods to use. I know about checking with roller but not with the stock rockers. I look up part numbers and they are listing the same for most years any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

You would check the stock rockers the same way you would a roller rocker..
