so I have a 66 mustang coupe its s straight 6 200ci. I just decide to rebuild the carb witch is a single barrel 1100 carb and car was run fine befor rebuild just did it to clean it up. we put it back on now car runs terribly misfire want to stall out if Im not playing with the choke. we took it apart again made sure everything was good and it was and it still wasnt working right we did all the right adjustments. we so looked on line and a after finding that, that ford carb suck just to see if it was the actual carb that wasn't working we put a carb from a 50 Chevy truck exta carb that we had.and it ran great. so it turned out to be that 1100 carb. so basically I wanted to kno what other carb I can use that will go or fit on my car ???

 

I just had my professionaly restored and it runs excellently. then again i was going for an orginal/concours resto
