I think im gonna practice the guide coat and wet sanding on my existing primer so ill be good at it when im doing this for real. For wet sanding im supposed to just wet a sand sponge and sand?

Not a sanding sponge, just a regular sponge with 600 grit. soak the sandpaper and sponge in the water for 15 minutes, then take it out and put some water on the panel, sand and then keep dipping and make sure the panel stays wet.

Do I dry the panel off when i am done? I cant wait to get my compressor and guns! Im gonna go Ebay crazy.

Nahh, you can wipe it down, but you dont need to dry it.
