Default Door locks, am I missing something?

Got the driver side installed no problem, went to install the passenger side and the lock seems to be backwards? The new locks are identical, as in they turn the same way. Now the attachment arm wont fit.

Am I supposed to swap the locking arm on the lock around?

This was a 4 piece set from CJ that uses one key.

WTF?

In this picture, if you se the locks they arms are pointing the opposite ways. Should I take them back out and check them against this photo? I used the old lock from the opposite door and they were facing the same way...not correct.
