equalizer bar
hello,
I recently replaced my pedals and i guess in the process of messing with the clutch pedal rod the equalizer rod down my the trans that seats in the clutch fork came loose, im not sure how it would so this, since i have taken off that big spring that goes to the clutch fork and i cannot get the rod back in that clutch fork. is there a easier way to get it all back together? thanks

Has the clutch fork come loose from the it's pivot point within the bell? If not, I'm not understanding the problem yet. Can you take a pic?
the fork is still attached to the clutch, its perrty stiff. i cannot get the fork to move back far enough to get the equalizer rod to slide into place. its like half an inch to long and will not slide in. i have the clutch pedal rod loose not to try to get some more play out of the equalizer rod, but it is jut too long to fit into the fork.
