H-Pipes?
Hey all,
So i recently had to order a custom set of headers for my T-5 conversion.. long story but in the short of it, i had clearance issues with the hole for the clutch cable and my existing headers. The new headers are from fordpowertrain.com and are full length with a 2 1/2" ball and socket type 2 bolt collector. I have a 66 fastback 289 (soon to be 347 stroker), and my existing H-pipe is a 3 bolt flange, and honestly a little beat up from the removal. In short, i need to buy a new one. I have looked all over jegs, cjponyparts, mustangunlimited, summit etc... and all of the H-pipe pictures vary in sizes, and honestly none of them look like they will fit. Can anyone tell me what H-pipe i will need? I can take length measurements of my exsisting one, but i honestly didnt think it would be this diffucult to find one...or it could just be me, im not good with parts ordering and hate buying the wrong stuff. Thanks for your help.
