I have a 66 mustang with a 289 and need some heads for it. I would like to keep the engine close to original. Is there anywhere I can find heads other than ebay. I'm not sure where to look

If I can't find original heads, where and for how much could I get replacement heads so I can get the car in a running condition.

Shouldn't have too much trouble finding some. A lot of us (like me) took the original heads off and they are just sitting in the corner of the garage. Mine don't have very many miles on them since I had them gone through and added hardened seats. But I'm an "older" person without internet selling experience, and I can't even imagine how much it would cost the ship two heads, so they just sit in the garage. I'm in Calif, and if I was close enough so you could pick them up, we could work something out. If not, I'll bet there is someone just like me close to you.
