Does anyone remanufacture this part? My 1968 mustang had the column removed when i got it. Can't seem to find it at any stores. Maybe I'm calling it the wrong thing?

Can you take a picture of where it goes? Is it the steel "U" shaped part that holds the steering column up against the dash?

 

There should be 2 pcs., upper/lower to the dash. I got mine off fleabay:

Well, my spare 67 bracket won't work but I did find a used one on the west Coast Classic Cougars WWW and it states,

"One year only bracket used on both fixed and tilt column cars."
