Anybody here live in Texas?

My 1971 mustang is registered as a classic, not an antique. To pass a safety inspection, do I need to leave the EGR and fuel canister in place? I get conflicting answers when I ask or read the law.

To pass the safety inspection, no. but to pass your county emissions requirements, it varies between counties
