Thanks for all of the input. I have decided to pass at this point. too many unknowns. I still have a lot of work I want to do to my 09 and would rather spend the money on a car I know.

do yourself a favor and buy a rust free car from out west...actually inspect it first or get someone from the MCA who will do it for you...there is a 69 fastback for sale here in GA where im at for 1800$ i havent looked at it but its not a bad price assuming its fairly it does look like it needs work in a few places

Yeah keep looking it took me 6 months to find my car because i waited for a rust free one.
