Spinner hubcap
I just bought 65 standard spinner hubcaps for 15 a piece, the black paint is coming off the hubcap and was wondering if there was a certain black to use like gloss flat semi or satin

You might call a restoration shop for recommendations. One I've used is Glazier-Nolan in Pa. No affiliation, aside from being a happy customer.
