Wheel size ?

I have a 66 coupe with 14" 4 lug wheels, my question is what does it mean by 14"x7" wheels I'm looking for a spare

The 14 means that the rim itself is 14'' tall (from the ground up) and the 7 means that the rim is 7" wide (from left to right)
