Default 289 4300D tuning questions

Any good links to getting the choke and throttle linkages working properly on a 4300D autolite? The fastback has is and Im a little lost around all the darned smog pump stuff. Ive been reading about it, but hoped to find some good info that maybe someone has stashed away.

Thanks,
Justin

Ha... I knew something was off. My carb has a dash pot on the accelerator and no curb adjustment screw like pictured. So the question is, do I just adjust the dash pot in and out for curb throttle?

There were some carbs that were in fact adjusted that way. I just don't remember if it was a 4300 but yes if you can tun it to affect idle go ahead and do so.
