Anyone know where I can buy the Pal nuts that hold the coral onto the grille. I called MAC, CJ Pony and NPD, none of them sell them! They all sell the parts but no one carries the nuts that hold it together.

The look like 1/4" coarse thread nuts like you'd find at a hardware store. Have you tried a hardware store?

If you can't find them anywhere else I'd hit up some bone yards if you want to find the right nuts. Those type of nuts held on a lot of trim pieces etc. on older Fords & Brand X (GM) cars & trucks.
