Default Back from paint!!!!!

Hey guys,

I've been absent from the forum for quite a while (moving, working, etc.) but now I finally got my car back from paint. I'm gonna have a few questions, mostly related to weatherstripping and such. I wanted to put up a few pics for comments.

One question, is there a trick to installing the weatherstrip on the rear quarter windows? I'm not having any luck...

Hey Tex, I was just up in your neck of the woods this past weekend.
Was out flying RC jets with some buddies at a club off of 290.

Not sure if the 66 is anything like the 70, but make sure the frames are straight, and slide it in. I used a silicone lubricant (I took it from work we use it to lube up the threads on fire hoses and water tight doors) very sparingly and it slid tight in.

Toybreaker, when you say"slide it in", do you mean from the bottom or push it straight into the channel?

maybe put the weather strips in the freezer (to make them shrink and spray with with soap water or silicone spray etc) slide them in place

Well, I've lost those pieces among the mess in my garage. The rest of the assembly is going slow but well. I'll post up some more pics soon.
