I have a 1973 mach 1. It is some rusty. the PO took the car apart, so I got it in pieces. but most of the big pieces are there. I am not really interested in a picture perfect restore, I just want a good driving car so I want to put most of my money in the drive train and suspension and tires. before I begin to reassemble the car I would like to spray it down good with some type of rust killer paint. just stop the rust so it will not get worse. Any ideas whats the best way to do this??

I will post a few pics tomorrow. but the rust is not too bad but there are surely some bad spots.
