Default Hidden hitch for '65 convt

I have a '65 convertible with 4 wheel disc brakes, a slightly warmed over 302 and a T-5. I'm looking to add a hidden recessed hitch for occasionally towing a Gheenoe boat (light-weight <1200lb total weight with trailer + outboard motor + gear) or mountain bikes using hitch attachment. I figure a class 1 hitch will do the trick. Any thoughts on where I can get the setup for this?

I'd only take the boat out on occasion so I'd like to have the hitch setup when I'm not towing. I see one from U-Haul but didn't know if anyone had heard of a better idea.

Thanks..

Just the design of that Mustang, where the gas tank sits , makes a hidden hitch impossible. You are kind of stuck with the external bolted to bumper types or something that clamps on and is removable.
