this mustang seems like a really good deal. what would yall recommend paying for it. i can do all the work that's needed except mounting the engine. i've been looking online and it seems the mustang coupes never resell for much though. so some advice as what to pay, etc would be amazing from some mustang experts. thanks guys

I'd say around 2000-2500. Definitely no more than 3k. Notice he's been trying to sell for a couple months, he 'll probably jump at any deal when someone comes with cash in hand.

fully restored what do the coupes go for? im planning on putting a spoiler, and adding strips with the 351 decal, buts its no fastback so i have no idea what it could sell for after it looks new again

It really depends on what the buyer is willing to pay or how bad he or she wants it. also depends on the market for those kinds of cars in your area and how many are around. But I've seen nice coupes go for 10 to 15k. That is really nice restos though and the down side is they usually have more into than that unless much if the work is done yourself. If your goal is to make money with it do as much of the work you can yourself, get it running decent. Then take it to one of those one day paint job places and then get it out the door. Check what other restored mustangs in your area are going for to get an idea of the market, also look how long they have been for sale
