See the little piece of chrome trim the red arrow is pointing to? It's actually two pieces, one for the main window, the other for the vent window. I'm missing the piece that goes on the main window so it leaves a gap. I'm trying to track down the part but it's tough when you don't know what to search for because you don't know what it is called -lol. Any body shop guys have some suggestions? Thanks.

Thanks for the replies guys, that helped me track down the weatherstripping piece that goes in between the windows and then from there the chrome piece as well. For the curious, it is officially called a DOOR GLASS WEATHERSTRIP CHANNEL and it's difficult to find (though the rubber weatherstripping itself is easy to locate). I think I found a possible candidate but its listed for a Fastback and I'm not certain it is exactly the same as my Grande trim. Hopefully I can get some of you to post some close up photos of your Fastbacks and I can get an idea.
