I apologize if this is a duplicate post and/or a noob question but I have searched these forums and around the web, as well as asked the guys at the local auto parts store and am coming to a dead end.

I am looking for information on which sensors are where on the 3.8L v6 for the 85 LX. My daughter just bought this car and it has a broken sensor directly behind the thermostat. My first thought was the is the Coolant Temp Sensor but and getting conflicting information around the web. One of the auto parts stores some me a Coolant temp sensor and it doesn't seem to be the one directly behind the thermostat or the one just to the left of that.

Anyway, if someone could provide information on the sensor layout on this motor I would appreciate it very much!
